1) Overview

Beagle Booth is an iPad photo booth app that lets you capture Photos and GIFs, brand them with your logo, deliver to guests via SMS/Email, and export event data and media locally.

2) Price & license

  • Price: $9.99 USD, one‑time purchase. No subscription.
  • License: A personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the app on Apple devices associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple’s App Store terms.

3) Your responsibilities

  • Lawful use: You will comply with applicable laws when capturing, storing, exporting, and sending guest media and contact information.
  • Consent: You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents from guests (including for minors) before capture and delivery.
  • Content: You are responsible for the content you capture and send using the app.

4) Data handling

  • Local storage: Event data and media are stored on‑device within the app sandbox. The app does not automatically upload your data to external servers.
  • Delivery: SMS/Email delivery uses the device’s system composers. You control what is sent and to whom.
  • Export: You can export CSV/ZIP using the system share sheet. Handle exported files responsibly.

5) Acceptable use

  • No illegal, harassing, or infringing uses.
  • No attempts to decompile, reverse engineer, or circumvent security of the app.
  • No use that violates third‑party rights or platform rules.

6) Intellectual property

Beagle Booth and associated marks are owned by the developer. You retain rights in your own content and logos. You grant the app a limited license to process your content locally to operate features such as watermarking, previews, and exports.

7) Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use the app at your own risk, including responsibility for complying with messaging rules and data protection obligations in your jurisdiction.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

9) Termination

Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you materially breach them. You may stop using the app at any time; deleting the app removes on‑device data stored by the app.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
